$USWB is a token on the Solana blockchain with no revenue, no yield, no claim on anything, and no promise attached. It is not a security, a deposit, a currency, a bond, or an investment contract, and it is not issued, endorsed, or backed by any government or agency. The name is thematic. It provides no exposure to tokenized stocks, equities, or any outside asset.

No return is promised. No price is promised. The token is priced by an open market and may lose all value. Holders receive no revenue, yield, or share of fees. The dev receives pump.fun's creator fee on trades and may buy or sell from the disclosed wallet; both are visible on-chain.

The on-chain properties described on this site — destroyed authorities, fixed supply, liquidity nobody can withdraw, the token program in use — are facts about accounts on the Solana network. This site reads them from public RPC endpoints and displays the result. Reads can fail, endpoints can be unavailable, and this site makes no warranty about the accuracy or availability of third-party data or indexers. Distribution figures (snipers, bundles) are threshold-based measurements from a named third-party indexer and are indicative, not exact.

This site does not sell, swap, or custody anything. The "Buy" link opens a third-party exchange in a new tab; any transaction there is between you, that venue, and your own wallet. We never hold your keys or your funds. You are responsible for verifying the contract address before any transaction.

The founding roll, founding medal, and any holder ranking or badge displayed on this site are informational records of on-chain state. The founding medal is soulbound — non-transferable and non-economic. It confers no financial right, no revenue, no share of fees, no allocation, no discount, and no claim on this or any future issue. Community voting, where offered, is non-binding and directs no funds to any voter; voting weight may be delegated but not sold. No holder receives economic benefit from any subsequent issue by reason of holding this one. Issues are separate tokens with no claim on each other.
